Refund policy

At Flexi Ice, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at team@flexiice.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
• Gift cards

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at team@flexiice.co with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
